Halloween is right around the corner! In the spirit of spooky season, many music artists are celebrating early with costume reveals — whether it’s going as Pamela Anderson in Barb Wire, a nurse, or something completely different.

Megan Thee Stallion started on October 1, sharing photos to social media of her wandering around her house in a carved pumpkin head. A hilarious callback to Megan’s pics from last year, she has become synonymous with Halloween — both for the pumpkin memes and her incredibly creative costumes. (Hello, last year’s Pinhead was pure genius!) We are literally waiting on pins to see what she comes up with for this year’s official costume.
Doja Cat debuted a costume about four weeks ago on Instagram too, as she was dressed as a nurse, with the Halloween-themed Elvira movie playing in the background. “happy what?” she captioned, complete with a few festive emojis.
Channeling her idol Lady Gaga, influencer, actress, and singer Addison Rae recreated Mother Monster’s 2009 MTV Video Music look — specifically her iconic performance of “Paparazzi” from that year’s show.
Doechii joined the pre-Halloween party shortly after, with an incredibly-creative costume as Anderson’s Barb Wire character. With three different poses in the outfit, it was made into a custom movie poster. Obsessed. Or, as commenter Princess Nokia wrote, “Ate.”
Machine Gun Kelly, who previously Tommy Lee in Netflix’s The Dirt, revisited the costume this Halloween. By his side was his fiance, Megan Fox, who was dressed as Lee’s ex-wife, Pamela Anderson.
Chlöe, who is taking the world by storm this year, dressed as Storm from the X-Men comic series. She earned a seal of approval from Halle Berry, who played storm in the comics’ film adaptations.

Over at Megan Thee Stallion’s annual Hottieween party, Chlöe’s sister, Halle Bailey, dressed up in full Avatar gear.

Also in attendance at the Hottieween party was Janelle Monáe, who came dressed as Diva Plavalaguna from The Fifth Element. During the party, Monáe performed a musical bit.

Paying homage to tennis icons Venus and Serena Williams, Ciara and her daughter recreated a Got Milk ad from the early aughts. Ciara’s post contained the ad’s original caption, “One cup, two straws, please.” Referencing his 2021 hit, “Fancy Like,” country singer Walker Hayes commented, saying, “Ahhh they shoulda said one cup two straws girl I gotchu.”
Looking spooktastic in her Corpse Bride costume, Latto is serving up big Halloween energy. Her fellow rapper, Doechii, co-signed the costume, saying, “This HARD.”
Paying homage to Heath Ledger, Diddy dressed up as his version of The Joker. In a video shared to social media, Diddy ran into Tyler The Creator, who was equally spooked and amused by his costume.

The stars were out in full force at Kendall Jenner’s Halloween party this weekend. In attendance was Olivia Rodrigo, who stunned as she was uncannily dressed as Betty Boop.
